It’s a section for everyone, both those with food intolerances and those without, as it’s always possible to substitute ingredients with gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives that still provide excellent flavors. It’s an opportunity to rediscover American cuisine, which is still burdened by some prejudices today. For example, American food is often considered fatty and not very nutritious. Of course, it all depends on the amount of sauces and dressings you decide to put on the table, but American cuisine can offer many satisfying experiences.
